With its branches in Maastricht and Eindhoven, Porsche Groep Zuid is the official dealer and service point for Noord-Brabant and Limburg. An organisation where passion, quality, design and speed come together. In addition to the wide range of new Porsches, they also sell a wide range of Porsche Approved Occasions.
Porsche Groep Zuid also wants to be able to implement this speed and quality in its internal processes. A digital personnel department is part of this. Joan Damen, Head of Administration at Porsche Groep Zuid, talks about his experiences with Archive-IT.
Efficient, in 2018
“We have well organised our HR processes within the Cobra package. The missing part was the personnel files that – until recently – we still had in paper form in drawer cabinets. If you have to be in Cobra for one part and have to search and consult the paper file for the other, inefficiency arises. There is room for improvement! “According to Joan Damen.
Archive-IT has carefully digitised the personnel files and prepared them for direct import into Cobra. Thanks to a strict registration procedure, the correct metadata and file settings, a smooth and secure import of data is a fact.
Trust in Archive-IT
Joan Damen: “We had a lot of confidence in Archive-IT immediately after the first meeting. A party with expertise, a lot of experience and a flexible attitude. That suits Porsche Groep Zuid. It is important to us that the security of our employees’ data is guaranteed. This is privacy-sensitive information and you have to take it seriously. It quickly became clear to us that Archive-IT attaches great importance to information security; with the ISO 27001 certificate as confirmation.”
“We are now very happy to work with our digital files within Cobra and have never missed the paper files for a moment. An additional advantage is that we have extra space in the department and that it is possible to work independently. This can be useful for an organisation with several branches. In short, we are very satisfied with the digitisation process.”
